Dental Practice Manager
(Full-time, commencing February 2007, salary 18-22 K subject to experience/qualifications)
The successful applicant will be a team player with strong relationship building skills both internally and externally. They will have a pro-active approach, be diligent, well organised, motivated and keen to develop and advance their career. He /she will have good written and oral communication skills, and have an outgoing personality, being able to relate to people at all levels. They will be recently experienced in working within a team in general dental practice or similar environment, and be computer literate.
We are looking for a person able to offer us support in the areas of marketing, presentation, personnel, financial management and legislative change, thereby freeing up our time to concentrate upon the clinical aspects of the practice. He or she will implement the policy laid down by the owners of the practice and to ensure that these policies are carried out consistently.
